How to Measure Your Stairs:

You give us these measurements and we'll be able to give you an accurate quote on stairs that will fit right the first time!

A. Measure your total Rise. This is from finished floor to finished floor (E.G. from concrete to 3/4" wood flooring). This is a vertical measurement.

B. Measure the width of the stair opening. Don't forget when ordering your stairs you leave room for sheetrock or any other wall covering you may be installing.

C. Measure your Floor Opening.

D. Measure your total available run. This is NOT the opening in the floor. This is the amount of space you have on your first floor (or whatever floor your stair will be landing on). Is there a door opening there? A wall? Any other immovable object?

 E. If Measuring for a Scissor or L Shaped Stair, provide a back wall measurement. Select Below:
